Official REST API (v2) via your own OAuth app (personal tokens were deprecated in Dec 2025). The API needs an active Oura Membership; data download via the Membership Hub doesn't. Home Assistant support is a community (HACS) integration.

- Oura on the Web was discontinued on Oct 5, 2026. Download your data from the Membership Hub instead.
- Oura says the download works even without an active membership, so cancelling doesn't lock up your history.
- Bulk files are account exports from Oura's cloud. The ring has no local or offline export, and Gadgetbridge doesn't support it.
